Return of the “Hollywood Hogan”. Chaos broke out amongst fans when the wrestling legend Hulk Hogan announced his debut in “TNA-Impact” on January 4th 2010. Dixie Carter and Eric Bischoff confirmed the news in a press conference at Madison Square Garden. The excitement also added up when Hulk Hogan himself made the official statement,
Hulk Hogan -the icon of wrestling world has taken pro-wrestling to an international stature. He commercialized all ends and means of this sport. According to him he is “born to raise wresting spirit”. His earlier appearance in TNA had the biggest viewer rating, as high as 1.3 million viewers in pay per view broadcast.
It seems that Hogan’s arrival in TNA Wrestling is going to shake the very foundation of professional wrestling and will finally inject in the spirit of competition that it once had.TNA is also expected to gain more viewer rating as compared to WWE as many more names besides Hogan are about to add up such as Diamond Dallas, Ric Flair and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin which will also allow Hogan to rejuvenate his old friendship with these stars.
And beside his return TNA is also pleasured to announce the final match for the TNA World Title between Kurt Angle and AJ Styles.
